Kickboxing Foundation

For those looking to focus on really getting into fighting shape without the contact of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai we highly recommend the kickboxing Conditioning class. Make no mistake, this is not a “cardio kickboxing” or “kick fit” type class. Everything taught in these classes is the same as what is taught in the Muay Thai class except in this class the focus steers more towards conditioning and solo work. Students work with weighted and bodyweight drills in addition to technical striking concepts and instruction.
